Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact before securing it in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package to ensure a tracked and safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
